Call MySecretAssets.com to request a Return Material Authorization number (RMA). We will respond within 24-48 hours. We can not process you return without this number. We have a money back (shipping not included ) 30 day return policy. The items must be returned within 30 days of the initial purchase. All returned items must have the tags still on them and product must be in "like new" condition and not worn. Please return the merchandise with a copy of your invoice. Please add the RMA number to the copy of the invoice. Send the returns to the following address. Please allow 10 days to process any returns. In case of exchange the best and quickest way is to reorder what you want and return your unused/unworn items for a refund instead. We will then send you a refund check. We recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
